Reports

Before a treatment program or system can be designed to treat your wastewater, a treatability study must be performed on your water. The results of the study are critical for determining which technologies are needed. Our testing equipment is designed to accurately represent most industrial water treatment technologies:

  • membrane filtration
  • ion-exchange
  • physical/chemical
  • particle filtration
  • distillation/evaporation
  • microbiological

Our laboratory includes small scale pilot systems capable of testing 100's of gallons of water to provide an accurate representation of its full scale operation. Our state-of-the-art instruments allow for rapid evaluation of your water on the bench scale level so we can recommend the appropriate treatment method.

The treatability report provides you with a detailed picture of the testing that was performed and what the results mean for a treatment program, including the baseline water quality, basis for a system design, and full scale implementation data (costs of system operation, conceptual design, process flow diagram, and the general layout of the proposed system). These reports can be tailored to suit your company's needs.

We will work directly with you to ensure that the proper sampling points are selected, source information is collected, and a comprehensive picture of the project and goals are established. All this ensures quality control over the system's development, which is a key factor in ensuring its success.
